Our Activities

Take a look at the activities we have on offer at our three locations in Redbridge: Wanstead, Woodford Green and Hainault. 


Our activities are open to anyone with a disability in London and Essex. The sessions start from £5 each and take place every week. Booking is required in advance of sessions. If you are interested in taking part, please contact us via the form below.
